While many of our projects involve full design services from start to finish, we also offer one-time design consultations for homeowners who need a bit of clarity or a fresh perspective. Sometimes you know something’s not working in your home—you just can’t put your finger on what. Or maybe you’ve been thinking about it so long, it’s hard to see it clearly anymore. That’s where we can help.
These sessions are collaborative and hands-on. Often, the ideas we suggest—like opening a wall to improve flow or adding built-ins for storage—can be implemented without drawings. We also work with homeowners who have a draft set of plans that doesn’t quite feel right. A fresh set of eyes is often all it takes to get things moving in the right direction.

A 1–2 hour in-person or virtual design session
On-the-spot ideas and recommendations tailored to your space
A follow-up email summarizing key suggestions & any helpful references or links
The fee for this service is $500.
